New Patient Visits
Initial visits are scheduled for one hour and consist of a full discussion of your health concerns and health history, possibly a complaint oriented physical exam and/or laboratory testing, as well as the start of a individualized treatment plan.
Initial visits for children under 12 years of age are scheduled for 45 minutes and follow the general outline of an adult initial visit. Discussion will be mainly with the parent or guardian but children are encouraged to participate.
Initial visits for patients with cancer related health concerns are scheduled for 90 minutes and consist of a review of current treatments, medications, and supplements, as well as the development of a personalized plan.
Initial cosmetic acupuncture visits are for 1) new patients to the clinic only interested in cosmetic acupuncture with no overriding health concerns or 2) existing patients of the clinic who are new to cosmetic acupuncture. These visits consist of a brief discussion of your overall health and your cosmetic goals as well as your first cosmetic acupuncture treatment.
Follow up Visits
These appointments allow us to monitor your progress, modify or further your treatment plan, and/or address any new issues. They are typically 15-60 minutes in length and are priced at $180/hour.
Acupuncture
These appointments are for acupuncture only. If some discussion or follow up care is also required, the “Acupuncture visit – long” is suggested.
These appointments are for patients who need some discussion or follow up care along with their acupuncture or for those who need or prefer a longer session.
These appointments are intended to be done in a series of 10-12 with optional follow up sessions done seasonally or monthly.
Injections
Prices vary depending on injection solutions used.
Prolotherapy
These appointments are typically intended to be done in a series of 4-6 treatments with 2-4 weeks between each session.
Intravenous Therapy
Prices vary depending on IV solutions used.
Hyperthermia Therapy
The local regional hyperthermia treatment is one hour in length and IV therapy is applied when deemed necessary. Patients either lie face down or face up and usually rest or nap during this time.

Supplementation
For our patients’ convenience we carry a limited amount of professional health products available for retail sale. We prefer to carry products that would be difficult to find elsewhere or are only sold through health professionals.
HealthWave Virtual Dispensary- an online dispensary for healthcare professionals whereby we prescribe professional health products online and you can have them shipped to you within 3-5 days. This option provides a greater inventory of products to choose from and allows patients to refill without having to come into the office.
Cancellations
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment as a courtesy to our staff and other patients who may be waiting for an appointment time.
